I’ve mentioned that myself and many other podcasters are podcasting from the Podcast Pickle booth on the expo floor. It appears they are having trouble getting the episodes online. I’ve certainly seen plenty of crashed bandwidth here as many wireless networks weren’t prepared for the onslaught of podcasters.

Yahoo’s podcasting group is aware of the issue where some podcasts get listed twice in the directory. I talked Jow Hiyashi who directed the creation of Yahoo Podcasts about this.
This often happens when you have two different feeds or also when you use feedburner. You can end up listed in Yahoo for your original feed as well as your Feedburner feed.
The problem with this is it causes confusion with the listeners and can split your ratings, subscribers and listen stats in Yahoo.
Joe mentioned that they are aware of the issue and looking for a fix. They would prefer that the fix be automated, but at the very least they will allow podcasters to claim their feed in Yahoo just like you do with other directories such as Odeo. This would give you the control to change it yourself.
